Below is the end-state ASIC Framework. It is a modern AI engineering topology prioritizing three main components: Model Operations (MLOps), Data Operations (DataOps), and Sovereign Alignment for model pre/post-deployment governance.

This diagram is an open-source collaboration with Mr. Sourav Das, Associate Director, PwC India & other distinguished peers at Data Science Reality and the DevOps Linkedin Community Groups. It builds on a core design by A. Scherpenberg.

DevOps and Institutional Operations (IOps) are the major exernal ASIC support ecosystems. “b/p Apps” listed are (b)usiness and (p)ersonal applications. Data and GOVS are major co-dependent support entities: Data for the delivery of internal/external information, and GOVS (Governance/Standards), which is an independent/external oversight function. Markets influence all entities below it, as does the energy sector, which influences everything above it.

ASIC is meant to complement neural net alignment R&D. The primary purpose of this diagram is to illustrate how trust is established through transparency, as everything in this ecosystem is interrelated and, in many ways, mutually dependent. Click here for further explanation and a demo.
